Since Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, chocolate has been on our minds - even more than usual. Procuring the finest organic confections for an ecofabulous taste test is a tough job… but one we’re willing to undertake, in the name of bringing our readers only the tried and true. The Organic Artisan Bars from Rococo are retro-chic and sublimely delicious. In crafting their chocolates, Rococo encourages the planting of rare cocoa bean varieties and follows the principles of biodiversity as part of their Campaign for Real Chocolate. But if you have a commitment to buying local, this may not be your cup of tea… or chocolate.
