From girlhood onward, Tilvee Skincare CEO and Founder Kristie McNamara set out on a mission to beautify the world. As a precocious tween, she cultivated plants and other natural ingredients to devise beauty treatments for family and friends—a one-time hobby that has turned into a full-fledged career.

As an “Eco-Ethical” business, Tilvee is about so much more than luster-renewing toners and sumptuous body butters — it’s about running a company according to green practices.
