Many a conference I have been to and often they fall short of expectations. That is exactly why I was pleasantly surprised by West Coast Green today. Despite the casual digs, the halls filled with neat little booths were of TRUE trade show quality. As a green building expert I was impressed with the level information and quality of the exhibitors. Sessions were informative and thought-provoking. If you are interested in ecological living but don’t want to inhale pouchuli oil, West Coast Green is the place for you. For building professionals Friday is a must but if you are just planning a remodel or a new build, you should make a point of going on Saturday, especially if you are not inclined to hire an eco-consultant. Don’t forget to sport comfortable shoes.
