Raising Money for Sustainable Design Education
Good friends Bahar Shahpar and Tara St. James (both incredible eco fashion designers) are setting out to change the way the world understands sustainable design. Together, they founded GUILDED, a sustainable design consultancy firm.
Teaching professionals and entrepreneurs the realities of the industry, and how things can be done better by doing things differently, GUILDED is where philosophy meets practice. The team’s insights come from years of experience, proven success models and a deep understanding of the space. The women are busy developing everything needed to open a school with courses on vocabulary, sustainability fundamentals, sourcing and supply chain analysis, fabric, fair trade, and much more. What they need from us, the ecofabulous community? A little help with funding.
The goal is to raise $15,000 via IndieGoGo by August 6th to get everything off the ground. You can start by donating as little as $10, everything makes a difference!
