Stylish, Structured, & Sustainable

When it first debuted at last year’s Gorgeous & Green Gala, the premier clothing collection from Mina+Olya kept guests oohing and awing all evening long over its elegant, sustainable styling and high-fashion silhouettes. Based in San Francisco, the design duo behind the firm, Mina Yazdi and Olya Dzilikhova, aim to create luxury organic and sustainable apparel made right in California — and we think they’ve just produced another ooh-and-aw situation with their second collection, this time for spring 2013.

Classic, chic, and with the structure and detail you want, the ready-to-wear line incorporates spring’s biggest trends: golds, deep purple, bright orange-red, yellows, denim, and M+O signature black. It features feminine, hand-finished garments like blouses, dresses, skirts, coats, and trousers that consistently highlight the waist and drape your body. And as always, Mina+Olya uses smart materials, including breathable and stain-resistant organic wool, Eco-leather, organic cotton, and hemp and silk that are lightweight, yet still hold form.

The unique collection doesn’t arrive until January 2013, but want a sneak peek? Get a gander at the goods now at minaolya.com.
