Be Green from Toe to Toe

Eco fans of Converse can finally run around town without controversy.

These hip green low-top sneakers from Autonomie Project are made of 100 percent Fair Trade-certified organic cotton canvas and the rubber sole is produced and stamped with FSC-certified all natural and sustainable latex. That means the rubber on the Ethletic low-top sneakers was actually tapped from a tree in a well-managed forest, not made from chemicals like many other “rubber” products. All the dyes used on the canvas are PCP and AZO free.

Autonomie Project isn’t so cliche as to only have the tag color of all enviros. No, they also offer blue, black and white in their low-top, as well as their high-top, so now you can kick it old school regardless of what school you went to!
