Simple Elegance Works for WildLife
Date: October 6, 2008 | Category: Children, Fashion, Featured, Men, Women
If you have wondered recently whether beauty and simplicity are mutually exclusive concepts, you have clearly not seen the new line from Wildlife Works. The current collection is a combination of sexy jersey and Euro-couture: simple, elegant, and begging for night to fall.
At the recent West Coast Green conference, Rachael (our marketing maven) donned a lovely organic cotton/soy blend wrap dress in a delicate blue, to run the ecofabulous booth. The frock, covered in elegant graphics inspired by nature, is made of a fabric that feels like a luxurious cotton jersey. People were stopping by the ecofabulous booth, ooh-ing and ahh-ing over how appealing it was (or maybe she was, who knows).
The line is not only gorgeous but hard working too, as it directly benefits wildlife conservation. The company’s promise to its customers is to use the proceeds of its sales to save endangered and threatened wildlife around the globe (mostly in Africa) by placing large areas of wilderness under conservation. The company also provides jobs for the people who share their land and resources with wildlife, so they can feed their families and send their children to school without destroying animals and their habitats..
So if you want to be part of a beautiful solution, go wild and check out the new line.
