Eco Insulation is Heating Up

The spray foam insulation, made from the soy-based polyol SoyOylR or post-consumer waste cellulose can be used for both residential and commercial building applications. It expands into all of the crevices that traditional batts are unable to fill, making it much more energy efficient as well as being healthier for the installers.
Denim - As quickly as Blue Cult and Citizens of Humanity are made uncool by Edun and Rogan it is exciting to see the indigo threads getting new life as insulation. Available in batts, it has similar properties to traditional pink fiberglass without all of the formaldehyde and lung-damaging particles.
