I included a Liebherr HC 2062 in my green kitchen remodel this March. I couldn't be more pleased. It replaced a KitchenAid side-by-side counter depth that was 25 cubic feet. I was concerned that I wouldn't have enough space - but I'm great (especially since we have been trying to rely more on local produce and cutting down on anything frozen). The Liebherr is so quiet and I love the beep when I leave it open. I couldn't be happier!!!

Has anyone spotted this UK site www.sust-it.net which ranks electrical products by running cost. They even have the facility to change the costs to dollars too.

This is true that these refrigerators are a wonderful addition to not only your kitchen but also a way to decrease your carbon footprint. The only fyi I would add is that in the US they tend to be called Haier refrigerators. We have done a great many reviews on them so if you would like to know more about Haier, you can go to www.RefrigeratorPro.com/haier_refrigerator.html
