This Little Light O’ Mine
Date: August 20, 2009 | Category: Home Furnishings, The Home

Now that you’re a responsible adult, summer may not exactly mean three months of sweet freedom, grape popsicles for breakfast, or running through the sprinklers ‘til the sun goes down. Cheer up, grown up: summer now means outdoor parties, and no one is telling you to “go home kid, it’s getting dark!”
Celebrate those long summer evenings bathed in gentle light from VivaTerra’s Misprint Hanging Lanterns. These exotic lanterns emit a shimmery light through recycled sheet-metal remnants of misprinted logos that would otherwise be tossed out. VivaTerra’s designer brilliantly reconstructs the sheet-metal into colorful, swirling patterns that recall Moroccan nights.
So sit back, sip your margarita, and enjoy the newfound “second childhood” - summer.
Now watch as our NYC Contributing Editor, Sara Little, shows off the bright lights:

Hi there! I get the VivaTerra catalog in the mail and I love almost every sigle product! I just wish I had more money and a bigger house so that I could get it all! I love the handmade, reused, and recycled aspect of all the products. These hanging lanterns are sooo pretty and would be great hung in clusters or even one every four feet or so along a porch! Thanks for the great story!
