Calling all Bay area ecofabulistas and their guests! Tonight, December 2nd is the Fourth Annual SF Gorgeous & Green event to benefit Global Green. Dedicated to creating a global value shift toward a more secure and sustainable future, Global Green works to create healthier, sustainable schools and make green building more accessible and affordable to the greater public, including rebuilding in New Orleans. Every year the event draws celebrities, political and social icons, eco-activists and California’s most gorgeously green devotees.
Held at the LEED-certified Bently Reserve, the event space is once again being transformed into an eco-oasis. Guests will drink and dine on the finest organic cuisine from O Organics prepared by the chef at the Murray Circle Restaurant at Cavallo Point and sip on libations from VeeV, Square One Organic Vodka, Newton Vineyard and much more. There will be spa treatments from the Epicenter Med Spa, massages from International Orange and makeup by Jane Iredale. The eco-chic fashion show will rock the house with the help of Bag of Toys, Elliott Yamin and DJ Donovan. This year’s co-hosts are Kate Bosworth and some of the crew from AlterEco.
