Betsy is in the Closet

Nothing says Fall more than corduroy, except maybe orange leaves and pumpkins. But when did corduroy get so flippin’ fabulous.
After perusing countless websites featuring back-to-school garb for girls, it was exciting to find the Betsy Tunic by FairTribe, which merits a dedicated hanger in a every teen’s closet. Worn as a tunic over jeans or leggings, or alone as a mini dress, the Betsy packs a punch for its $85 price tag. And, with its gathers under a short yoke and a wide neckline, it flatters all figures and layers beautifully over a tank or a tee.
The soft baby corduroy, which comes in a pearly turquoise blue and a peppery brown, is made of 100% organic cotton and is free of AZO dyes. The best part? Everything on the site is organic and manufactured using fair trade practices. It almost makes up for having to sit through Trigonometry.
