Are You Granola?

We’ve raved before about Purely Elizabeth’s all-natural line of muffin, cookie, and pancake mixes. But lately, we’re enamored with its certified vegan Ancient Grain Granola Cereals. It’s hard to choose a favorite — flavors come in original (so good, you’d never know it’s gluten-free), pumpkin fig, cranberry pecan, and the newest, blueberry hemp, which includes whole dried blueberries and a huge nutritional punch (and crunch) from hemp seeds. Great with non-dairy milk (we especially like it with almond), on top of your morning yogurt, or alone as a quick pick-me-up, the granola is free of refined sugar, GMOs, and artificial colors and flavors, and use all-natural and organic ingredients, certified gluten-free oats, and ancient seeds and grains that create unique textures. And, all four flavors are made with organic coconut palm sugar, an unrefined, nutrient-rich, low-glycemic sweetener, and a good-for-you organic raw virgin coconut oil. (Um, and it all tastes amazing. Does it get much better?)

Grab the granola a 12.5 oz bag ($7.99) or in the perfectly portable Granola Minis size ($2.79 for 2 oz) — a smart solution for snacks on the go. Just toss it in your purse, gym bag, or suitcase for easy access to granola goodness. Get info now at purelyelizabeth.com.

You’ll always find a bag of Purely Elizabeth’s Cranberry Pecan in my pantry. It’s become my go-to pre-hiking energy food of choice in the morning. I just tried the new blueberry hemp and found I love that as well.
I also highly recommend their cookie mixes.
