    What is recyled steel? Is it the same as carbon steel? How does one season the recyled steel ceramic coated wok? Two things worry me: a)Somewhere (not on the pan label) I read that it is an aluminum pan; I thought aluminum is not considered a good thing to cook with? and b) it’s made in China, and that country seems to not have a very good record with safety.
