OK, Let’s Be Honest
It’s hard not to notice The Honest Company: it was co-created by actress Jessica Alba and environmentalist Christopher Gavigan; the design of its baby and family items is as cute as a button; its products are non-toxic and natural. Launched in January 2012, the company originally offered household essentials though monthly subscriptions only. Just half a year later, however, it’s officially opened an instant shop where you can also purchase their items individually. Our recommendation? Try Honest Diapers ($13.95), planet-based disposables made without chlorine, perfume, lotions, PVC, and the like. Comfortable and non-irritating, they’re available in smile-inducing patterns that make diaper duty a little bit more colorful (as if that was even possible).
