Yes, stylish little cakes are all the rage, but these perfect confections have the added bonus of being dairy-free. We each have our own favorite, but can agree that the ecofab Mojito is a tropical green goddess of a cupcake. At just around 250 calories you won’t have to feel guilty about indulging.
