Enter the 2nd PeopleTowel’s Design Competition
Contributed By: ecofabulous
With over 3,000 tons of paper towel waste produced in the U.S. daily, we couldn’t have been more excited about PeopleTowels launch in 2009. Organic, fair trade cotton towels in the cutest designs - perfect for packing into kids’ lunch, using in the kitchen, or keeping in your purse or gym bag. For the second year in a row, PeopleTowels is holding a design competition for the public to enter in their own designs that “show the world your vision for a greener planet.” But you need to hurry! The Big Green Dream Design Contest ends on October 15th.
With up to $500 in cash and a stipend from the online sales of the winning design (plus eco fame and fortune), there’s a lot on the table. Judging will take place on October 18th (our own Zem Joaquin is one of the esteemed judges), and public voting via facebook begins October 19th. Take a look at a few of the entries below and then go get creative and submit your own design!
