I took the time to cut up a bunch of fresh veggies drizzled in olive oil w pinch of sea salt. So much more nurturing than a salad!

We’re just back from L.A. where we created The Ecofabulous Lounge at The Opportunity Green Conference, and now we’re heading out to the Big Apple where Zem will be stationed at eBay’s Holiday Pop-Up Store on W. 57th St.! Showcasing some of the season’s hottest items in the “eco-excellence” category, the pop-up store gives visitors an opportunity to shop the entire eBay marketplace – via internet kiosks, handheld tablets and the eBay iPhone app – to find the perfect holiday gift at the perfect price for everyone on the list. When looking for environmentally conscious gifts for friends & family, remember that the greenest product is often the one that already exists!

If you’re in New York (or feel like coming in to the city for a little holiday shopping!) then visit Zem at 3 West 57th St at Fifth Avenue this Friday from 10:00-7:30 to view top picks from eBay’s Green Gift Guide and talk with Zem about tricks and tips for shopping vintage online!

The store will be open November 20-29th (except Thanksgiving day) from 10am-7:30am daily, Sundays from 11am. On Black Friday, November 27th, doors open at 7am!
