Kitchen Confidential:

Live in the “&”

green-black

That’s the idea behind Green & Black’s incredibly indulgent organic chocolate line. Sustainable & delectable. Pure & pure pleasure. Unspoiled & spoiled rotten. It’s about being conscious and respectful of the earth, while also enjoying the best life has to offer – a motto that’s near and dear to any ecofabulous girls’ heart, especially when referring to rich and decadent organic chocolate!

With cocoa being one of the most highly sprayed (pesticides and herbicides) crops in the world, Green & Black’s decision to harvest the bean sustainably means they are helping to preserve the natural ecosystem for generations (of chocolate lovers!) to come. Additionally, the beans are purchased at a fair, guaranteed price from a co-op in Belize, encouraging economic sustainability in one of the poorest communities in that region.

The only trouble with “living in the &” is making the choice between Green & Black’s many flavors. Aside from the ice cream (white chocolate with strawberries!) and rich hot chocolate, there’s the bar selection – try choosing between caramel, toffee, almond, maya gold, ginger, hazelnut & currant, mint, and espresso!
