Korbel’s California vineyards are farmed sustainably and never use synthetic pesticides, herbicides or insecticides, which means this bottle is made from 100% organically grown grapes.
Just like all Korbel California Champagnes, the organic brut ($17.99) features early harvested grapes for a crisp, fresh taste. The pure flavors of apple, pear and white peach are present, with a medium dry finish. A longtime supporter of organic farming, Korbel is certified as an organic processor by the California Certified Organic Farms (CCOF) and is in compliance with the USDA’s organic certification program - we’ll raise a glass to that!
