Made from natural (and vegan!) ingredients containing certified organic botanicals, Dr. Sharp’s oral care products are free of fluoride (excessive consumption of which has raised health concerns with regard to its presence in drinking water), alcohol, parabens, and sodium lauryl sulfates. The unique flavors (green tea is our fave) are naturally sweetened with stevia, and allow for a pleasant brush with the added bonus of whitening in the fresh mint and green tea pastes ($12). For your oral care-conscious child, Dr. Sharp offers strawberry cream (also $12), which has been tested by one of our own child critics who says strawberry-flavor aficionados will be super fans.
The toothpaste has our stamp of approval for maintaining pearly hues and protective hygiene with crisp, clean flavors; we prefer the mouthwash ($13) to the conventional brands as well — no harsh, burning aftertaste.
