Reinventing the Wheel
Maybe you won’t feel the wind through your hair, but this recycled tire rug still has something to do with carbon-free commuting. From Barcelona-based design firm Nani Marquina comes a rug made entirely out of old bicycle tires. Great for indoor/outdoor entertaining, the rubber material is super easy to clean (light vacuum or wash with water and eco-friendly soap) and allows you to be supporting the bike culture even when you’re not cruising around on two-wheels.
