    This is a scam. This kettle is no more efficient than other electric kettles. It simply plays to the American consumer mindset, the “green” thinking that you have to buy something new to save energy. It’s not true. Yes, boiling 2 cups takes twice the energy as boiling 1 cup. The solution is not to buy a new kettle. Simply fill your existing kettle only 1 cup, no more than you plan to use. The net effect is the same, but you’ll be saving the money, energy and water used to manufacture yet another wasteful consumer product.

    The kettle is only suitable for use in the UK so cant even use in the US
