Best way to nurture yourself in the morning is to make a green smoothie. @AnnaGetty taught us that & it really does rock the morn!
I took the time to cut up a bunch of fresh veggies drizzled in olive oil w pinch of sea salt. So much more nurturing than a salad!
Really fabulous shoes that tread lightly on the planet make us ecofab girls feel fantastic, even nurtured...mani/pedi nice too!

This is not your father’s flask (though, I guess it could be…if you bought it for him). The 22 cocktail recipes scribed on the 40 oz.
