For some time now I have been admiring the gorgeous Paris table by Eboniste. It is a small, highly detailed piece of artwork that truly is reminiscent of the Left Bank. As featured in the February issue of House and Garden’s EcoChic pages, it now comes in console size for those of you who want to make a grand entry. The stunning coffee table and its new companion are carved from dense reclaimed elm. I finally broke down and got one for my living room. I placed it right under my antique mirror, book-ended by antique chairs that I bought on 1stdibs and now I fantasize about sitting there sipping organic tea and reading WorldChanging, knowing that I can pass the table on to the next 7 generations (if only I had time to sit and sip tea). Eboniste also carries luxurious all natural, hand-made candles, to create even more of an ambiance.
