We're always on the move, so we get it! Our system saves all shipping addresses you've used to make any previous purchases. Click "View Address" to double-check, add or change an address each time you check out.

We hate to see you go, but you're welcome back anytime! If you must opt out, go to the
bottom of the "Account Information" section and click "Unsubscribe." You can also do this by navigating to the bottom of the latest email you've received and clicking "Unsubscribe." For SMS subscription, you can reply STOP to discontinue receiving text messages.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Checking out is easy!
Step 1: Enter your shipping address.
Step 2: Choose the credit card you'd like to use and enter your payment information. Enter a new billing address if it's different from your shipping address. You have the opportunity to add or delete a shipping address with each order.
Step 3: Review your order summary. If you have a promo code or gift card, you may enter it here. Click "Submit" to complete your purchase—your fabulous order will be at your door in no time!
HOW DO I ADD A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Who doesn't love a promo code? Enter the code in the discount code field on our checkout page. Please note: Only one promo code is allowed per order, and bundles and sale items are excluded from promotional offers.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes your order number. Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for fulfillment and an additional delivery 4-7 business days for delivery. Expedited orders must be placed by 10AM PST to ship the same day and will be delivered 2 business days after fulfillment confirmation. We do not offer Saturday delivery (sorry!).
Please note: Expect longer fulfillment times during heavy volume periods such as a product launch or promotional period.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
We'll be in touch as soon as your order ships. The email will contain a tracking link that you can click for detailed shipping information and track your order as it travels to you.
HOW DO I VIEW MY ORDER DETAILS?
To view current or past order details, go to My Account. You can view a list of all purchases by order number and click on any order number for detailed information.
WHAT IF MY SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS ENTERED INCORRECTLY?
It is the customer’s sole and exclusive responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. Please review and confirm your shipping address is accurate and complete prior to finalizing your order. We will deliver your purchases to the address provided based on your exact shipping instructions. We expressly disclaim all responsibility for shipments to addresses incorrectly entered at the time of checkout. Be sure to review any pre-populated addresses in your express checkout platforms as they may be connected to an incorrect address. No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect. If you discover an incorrect address after purchase, we recommend contacting your carrier directly once you have your tracking information to intercept, reroute or pick-up held packages.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We begin processing your order as soon as it's received. For this reason, we're ususally not able to cancel or change your order once it has been submitted (sorry!). Please contact email@example.com for more information on cancelations or returns.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Orders shipping to any state where sales tax is applicable by law will be charged.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, PayPal, Shop Pay and Afterpay. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is complete. All purchases require bank authorization prior to shipping. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations, unless that's how it appears on your statement.
WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED?
If a debit card or check card is used to make a purchase at EcoFabulous and the purchase is not accepted (for any reason), please be aware that most banks will continue to hold the "authorized" funds (counting against the account balance until the authorization clears) even if the order is not accepted. The most common reason for a failed transaction is that the billing address entered
does not match the billing address for the debit/check/credit card being used for payment. EcoFabulous uses an Address Verification System (AVS) that will reject any transaction for a billing address mismatch for security measures. EcoFabulous does not have the capability nor is it obligated to release the bank's temporary hold of authorized funds. Since EcoFabulous does not have the capability to release the bank's temporary hold of funds, EcoFabulous cannot be held responsible for the policies of the customer's banking institution regarding the holding of authorized funds. Please note that authorization fund holds last for varying periods, depending on the issuing credit card company's policy. This period may last as little as three days or as long as several months. If such a situation arises, we suggest that the customer contact the issuing credit card company or bank directly.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We currently offer free shipping with every $20+ order within the contiguous US (before tax and shipping, and after promotional discounts). We do not offer international shipping or shipping to PO/APO boxes at this time.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?
If your package is marked "delivered" and it still has not been received within 4 business days, please reach out to the EcoFabulous concierge team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-(844) 425-1441 and we will be there to help. Any eligible resends will have Signature Required added to ensure correct delivery. No further resends or refunds will be given after second shipping attempt. If your order is over $200 and is showing as being signed for, please contact FedEx to initiate a claim.

Yes—we're major animal lovers here at EcoFabulous and we're proud! EcoFabulous is Leaping Bunny certified, which requires that all parties in the supply chain — including ingredient suppliers — do not test ingredients or products on animals.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS DERMATOLOGIST TESTED?
Great news! All products are dermatologist-tested and safe for sensitive skin.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR PREGNANCY?
All of our products have been formulated to the highest standards of safety and use ingredients that are considered safe for anyone pregnant and/or nursing. However, we still like to suggest consulting with your doctor prior to use just to be extra safe.
WHEN DO PRODUCTS EXPIRE?
All unopened products have a two-year shelf life. Already enjoying your EcoFabulous product? All of our products feature a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol that reflects shelf life of the product once opened.
HOW MANY DAYS OF USAGE CAN I EXPECT TO GET FROM ECOFABULOUS SKINCARE PRODUCTS?
The average EcoFabulous skincare use-up rate is 8-12 weeks.
WHERE ARE ECOFABULOUS PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
All of our products are manufactured with foreign components in the United States.
WHERE DO THE INGREDIENTS YOU MAKE COME FROM? ARE THEY SUSTAINABILY SOURCED?
Two of our proprietary bioengineered botanicals, plant-derived squalane and bisabolol, are sustainably sourced from sugarcane in Brazil. The field we source from sits beside a facility where bagasse from our sugarcane stock is used for energy cogeneration, with excess energy released back to the power grid. There is no additional water needed to produce the sugar outside of natural rainfall.
HOW IS SQUALANE MADE?
Our plant-based secret ingredient is the base for almost all of our EcoFabulous products. The squalane in our formulas is derived from a patented biological process that uses Brazilian sugarcane. This sugarcane meets international sustainability standards, and final manufacturing is done in the United States.
DO YOU USE GMO INGREDIENTS?
We avoid using GMO ingredients whenever possible, and our Brazilian sugarcane feedstock is non-GMO. The end products, squalane and hemisqualane, do not contain any GMO materials.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
Because there is no universal certification or even definition of "organic," we carefully choose our ingredients to make sure they are safe for humans and the planet (truly our main priority!), but we do not disqualify non-organic ingredients.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SOY & NUT-FREE?
Although many of our products do not contain soy or nuts, none of our products are certified nut or soy-free. As always, we encourage customers who have serious allergies to consult a doctor or conduct a patch test before using any product.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
EcoFabulous products are formulated to be gluten-free but may be manufactured in a facility that processes gluten products.
