The time old tradition of dying eggs is a fun family activity, but make sure to use natural coloring. Many store bought dye packs contain unnecessary (and often harmful) ingredients like silicon dioxide, red dye #2, and coal tar – a known carcinogen, not to mention the fact that it’s petroleum-derived.
