Afternoon Coffee with Zem

Jess Chamberlain, home and design writer for Sunset Magazine, and Sunset’s blog Home by Sunset, was guest blogging all last week for Design Sponge, a daily website devoted to home and design, led by the lovely Grace Bonney.

Jess had an amazing line-up of interviews for Earth Week, from Michelle Kaufmann to Flora Grubb to Paul Donald of Branch to our very own, Zem Joaquin. Thanks Jess for such a great round-up! Here’s the “Afternoon Coffee with Zem” Interview:

These days, you really can have your organic cake and eat it too!

Step by step I started transforming my home into a healthy haven and the more I learned the less I was able to trust traditional products the way I once had.

C McCoffee

I actually tried some cool decaf coffee beans that have just as good a flavor as regular, though I have to admit I was skeptical at first. :)
