Going Green Below the Belt for Earth Day

It’s no secret that the ecofab ladies often sport PACT as first preference for below-the-waist coverage. Perfect organic cotton cuts paired with mod graphic designs means you can strut your stuff in pesticide-free style. And while PACT regularly donates 10% of all sales to a select non-profit (each unique style is connected to a charitable partner), this Earth Day the company has teamed up with architect David Adjaye and the Green Belt Movement of Kenya to create the newest Green-Belt inspired print. Starting today (April 16th) through April 25th, PACT will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from sales of this collection toward the planting of 10,000 trees in Africa - planting 20 trees for every pair of Green Belt underwear sold!

The Green Belt Movement was founded in 1977 by activist and Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr. Wangari Maathai as a grass-roots tree-planting program to empower women to address issues of deforestation, soil erosion and water scarcity. Since its inception the organization has assisted African women in planting over 40 million trees! Join PACT this Earth Day in supporting sustainability, equitable economic development and peace - and get some pretty sweet underwear out of the deal! As PACT founders Jason Kibbey and Jeff Denby say, “Change Starts With Your Underwear.”
