Tonight: Earth Hour Party @ The W Hotel

At ecofabulous, we like our actions to be brighter than our words when it comes to climate change. That’s why we are committed to engaging in this year’s Earth Hour - taking place today (Saturday, March 29th) from 8:30-9:30 pm local time. Nearly 200 cities spanning the globe and millions of individuals and businesses (form mom-and-pop joints to multinational corporations) have pledged to take part by turning out their lights for this symbolic hour. Organizer, World Wildlife Fund is encouraging people to use the time to engage in eco-friendly activities.
If you’re in the Bay Area tonight, make sure to come party with ecofabulous and Change SF at the W Hotel. An ecolicious menu will be available all evening in the two bars (organic cocktails and beer, biodynamic wines, organic appetizers) with featured cocktails of the evening: “Black-Out -Tini,” “sWitched,” “Flip-Off” and “sWitched On!” All public area lights will be switched off. The two bars, restaurant and welcome desk will be candle lit.
