Just a couple of years ago you would have to trawl numerous watering holes to land an organic cocktail but, luckily, times have changed! We enthusiastically welcome Praire Vodka to the bar. It is sure to regularly be gracing our ecofabulous aluminum martini glass (click here for details on the glass)… and found in our favorite eco pomegranate cosmo recipe. A co-op of over 900 farmers grows their own non-genetically modified, certified-organic corn without artificial fertilizers, weed controllers or pesticides of any kind. Praire is then distilled under Oregon Tilth guidelines at a fifth-generation, family-owned Minnesota business, hence the Praire moniker. What results is deliciously smooth, award-nabbing Prairie Organic Vodka. At $42.99 for a 1.7 liter bottle, this homegrown spirit is luxury in a bottle.
