Got Milk…Containers?
Date: March 19, 2007 | Category: Beauty
If you buy milk in plastic containers, here is an enlightened way to reuse them. Milkit truns your empty bottles into table bling. The $18 kit comes with everything you need (except for the milkless
container) to turn your finished morning beverage into an illuminated
table lamp. The beautiful butterfly and graphics tatoos are a great juxtaposition to
the industrial plastic. I am looking forward to exploring the kit with my kids. What a fantastic message that happens to look like cutting edge post industrial art. A variety of bottle sizes would be a majestic eco-backdrop for a party. Available at iplaydesign.com.

Ecofabulous, I enjoy your blog two or three times a week and so appreciate your bringing us news of many lovely and righteous goods. I have to say, though, with regard to these milk cartons, I just can’t get on board. Trust me on this, those containers are UGLY, and I simply cannot believe they ever will be anything but. I’d say in this case doing the right thing might be using them as containers for storing stuff in the garage or to carry fishing bait. You know?
