The New Wine Bar

You’ve long been promoting red wine as a heart-healthy evening necessity. But what about getting your fix in the shower? We recently discovered Napa Soap Company’s Cabernet Soapignon, a bar blend of Napa Valley grapeseed oil, coconut, palm and sweet almond oils, cocoa butter and a gracious portion of Napa Valley red wine (the soap has a delicious berry scent). For those that prefer a lighter varietal, there’s the Soapignon Blanc, with a light grapefruit scent. Made in very limited quantities (less than 50 at a time!). These 100% plant-derived bars utilize locally harvested ingredients as well as leftover wine and grapeseed oil from local vineyards. At $8.95, they’re definitely cheaper than a good bottle of wine, and we’d hope that last you a little longer as well!

I love the names of the soaps! I’ll definitely pick up a few-some to give away and some to keep!
