Wintering with Weleda

On a recent visit to New York City it became abundantly clear that while the city may be alive and well, in this harsh, moisture-zapping, soul-sucking cold weather, our skin feels like it kicked the bucket way back in November. Fortunately we’ve rediscovered Weleda’s skincare products just in time, along with their vision for cultivating beauty with the most natural, pure and effective ingredients nature has to offer.
A dollop of their Almond Moisture Cream mixed with a few drops of the Almond Facial Oil leaves the face feeling smooth and soft (and smelling yummy). Plus here’s a secret - not only is the Almond Facial Oil great for moisturizing but it doubles as a fantastic eye make-up remover! Equally delicious is Weleda’s continued commitment to harvesting and cultivating plants “biodynamically,” enhancing the soils and cultivating plants without the use of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers.
Depending on your particular winter skin woes, check out the three unique skin care formulations to best meet your seasonal facial needs: almond for sensitive sisters, iris for the breakout prone, and wild rose to ease the effects of aging.

I love Weleda products. They are affordable, easily accessible and work! Haven’t tried their almond range but will do after reading this.

The Almond Cleansing Lotion is the creamiest, kindest cleanser and great for eye makeup, and such good value.
