Wildlife, Tamed Hair

Once named “the King of Curl” by Vogue, celebrity hairstylist David Babaii is now the self-appointed King of the Jungle thanks to his new line of hair products, David Babaii for WildAid.

A joint venture with actress Kate Hudson, a full 10 percent of the proceeds from this great new line will be donated to WildAid, a non-profit that works with governments and communities of the world to reverse the devastation of our planet’s wildlife. Its goal is a world in which local communities can improve their lives without destroying their environment, and where humanity can survive together with wildlife for generations to come. WildAid’s public service messages are seen each week by over a billion people around the world.

The line is earth-friendly, made without parabens, petrochemicals, animal products or sulfates. And – natch – they are not tested on animals.

We did, however, test them on ourselves and we were very pleased. Our manes were shiny and scented with delicious ingredients like coconut oil and fragrant white ginger. Among the styling products, our favorites were the Bohemian Beach Spray, which added volume and texture to hair without leaving crunchy clumps, and the Hair Polish, which leaves a super shiny sheen. The products are under $15 each (with the exception of the styling tools) and are available online.

So forget the idea that it’s good to be bad. David Babaii for WildAid proves that you can look good, do good and feel good simultaneously.

I’m glad to hear it made your hair shiney. That’s what I’m looking for. I hope it works well with my Karmin flat iron - http://www.professionalhairtools.com/karmin-envy-pink-professional-tourmaline-ceramic-flat-iron-p-522.html
Thank you very much!
